Malto Rich - Malto Dextrin

It is manufactured by the enzymatic controlled starch hydrolysis to retain the nutritive value and high digestibility. It is manufactured under controlled reaction conditions, higher temperature of liquefaction render it bacteria free at reaction stage.

Maltodextrines are intermediate saccharides with bland taste and non starchy flavor that does not mask other flavorers. Due to these properties Maltodextrin are finding a considerable number of applications in processed food industry.


Application Range

1. Confectionery

To manufacture soft lozenges and candies.
Acts as a crystal inhibitor, softener and binder.
Control of dissolving rates of chewable tablets and gums


2. Fruits, Drinks and Syrups

Adjust sweetness profile and partly replace sugar.
Improve viscosity and texture.
Compatible with fructose and glucose syrups for isotonic drinks.


3. Dairy Industry

Improve texture and mouth feel.
Compatible with milk solids and milk products.
